Darin Bell, MD

Brett Bell, MD, MPH

​Dr. Brett Bell is a board-certified family physician and did an additional year of training in Addiction Medicine. She attended the University of Washington School of Medicine, and did residency at Swedish Cherry Hill and the Seattle Indian Health Board. Some of Dr. Bell’s interests in medicine include addiction medicine, reproductive health, obstetrics, Native health, and pediatrics. She is also one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. Outside of medicine, she enjoys trail running, skiing, hiking, cooking, science fiction movies, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Dr. Darin Bell is a board-certified family medicine physician who attended medical school at UT Southwestern in Dallas. He completed his residency in Anchorage, Alaska. He is one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. He enjoys practicing broad spectrum family medicine with a special interest in rural and underserved medicine, overseas medicine, and wilderness and remote medicine. Outside of work he enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, kayaking, climbing, brewing beer, and cooking.

Bonnie Brown, MD

​Dr. Bonnie Brown is a board-certified family medicine physician. She completed medical school and residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as an additional fellowship year in obstetrics at Swedish First Hill in Seattle. She enjoys partnering with patients and families to improve their health, from prenatal care and pediatrics to geriatrics. She is also a faculty physician with the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. Outside of medicine, you can find her catching up with a good book or exploring the outdoors with her husband.

Ingrid Calle, DO

​Dr. Ingrid Calle is a board-certified family medicine physician. She completed medical school at Nova Southeastern University and residency at the University of Vermont. She loves medicine and being a part of people's lives from birth onward.  Outside of medicine, she loves being outdoors with her family as well as creative activities such as quilting and pottery.
Danielle Chapin, PA

Danielle Chapin, PA

Danielle Chapin is a certified PA who has spent her medical career in family medicine. She is a graduate from the University of Iowa PA program. She has a special interest in women and children's health and currently provides medical care at both our main facility as well as our satellite clinic at Lowell School Health Center. Danielle enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends exploring the lakes, rivers, and mountains of Montana.
Kevin Chin, DO

Kevin Chin, DO

Dr. Kevin Chin is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Denver. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has worked at Partnership Health Center since 2009. He enjoys the outdoors but most of all spending time with his family and two beautiful daughters.

Rob Cruikshank, MD

Rob Cruikshank joined the Partnership team in August 2018 after 12 years of practice in rural Upstate New York. Rob completed medical school in Syracuse, NY and his family medicine residency in Tulsa, OK. He enjoys building relationships with his patients and the collaborative nature of whole person medical care. His other passion at work is mentoring young physicians with the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. Outside of work, Rob loves spending time with his wife, two boys, and pursuing sports and outdoor activities.

Mike Duchschere, APRN

Mike Duchschere is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He received his master’s degree in nursing from Gonzaga University. He holds a BA in psychology and an associates degree in nursing from schools in Minnesota. He has worked 18 years in critical care and inpatient psychiatric nursing, locally and as a traveler. He enjoys working with all adult and adolescent psychiatric populations. Outside of health care he likes to spend time with friends and his 3 children doing all types of skiing and biking; backpacking; hiking; and playing guitar and mandolin.
Jacqueline Fee, APRN, WHNP

Jacqueline Towarnicki, APRN, WHNP

Jacqueline Fee was raised in the sunny states of Florida and Hawaii. She received her graduate training in Boston, Massachusetts, and previously practiced primary care at a Community Health Center and Homeless Clinic in Portland, Maine. She is a nationally certified Adult and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Her philosophy of care is individualized based on the co-determined needs of each patient. She enjoys working together through open communication and education, finding motivation and meaning to improve quality of life.

Emily Heid, MD

Dr. Emily Heid is a a board-certified orthopedic surgeon.  She completed medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.  Dr. Heid also completed a Fellowship in foot and ankle surgery and enjoys all aspects of general orthopedics in the clinic setting.  She is a faculty physician for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana and is excited to help prepare residents for practice in rural Montana.  Outside of work Dr. Heid enjoys any activity that gets her outside in nature. 
John Honsky, APRN

John Honsky, APRN

John Honsky, APRN, is a family psychiatric nurse practitioner who cares for patients across the lifespan. He has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Montana State University, a master's degree in psychiatric nursing, and a master's degree in education administration and curriculum development, both from Gonzaga University. He is on the faculty at Gonzaga University and Montana State University, Bozeman. John enjoys music, archery, and trekking across new terrain.
John Honsky, APRN

Molly Horton, APRN

Molly Horton is a Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Ohio. She has lived in Missoula for the past 14 years. She received her graduate training at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. She is very excited to join the Partnership Health Center Family and provide health care services to the wonderful community of Missoula. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and genders throughout the live span providing holistic patient-centered care as well as emphasizing a collaborative relationship for disease prevention and health promotion.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and dogs doing things like hiking, running, skiing, kayaking, camping, fishing, and traveling.

Angela Ireland, PA-C

Angela Ireland was born and raised in the wonderful state of Montana. Angela served five years as a U.S. Navy Corpsman, stationed in Pensacola, Florida and Rota, Spain. While in Spain, she was assigned to the Medical Support Team for the NASA Space Shuttle Program. She received her graduate training at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California. She believes in health equity, and enjoys seeing patients of all ages. Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her young son and daughter, partner, and dog. She also loves photography, art, cooking, animals and the great outdoors including biking, hiking, backpacking, boating and camping. 

Kate Krebsbach, DO

Kate Krebsbach, DO, Interim Medical Director

Dr. Kate Krebsbach is a doctor of osteopathy who is board certified in family medicine. She completed medical school at Des Moines University and residency in Billings, Montana. She has a special interest in HIV and Hepatitis C medicine. She also helps lead our diabetic group visits. She spends most of her free time hanging out with her dogs, reading, and just generally enjoying the awesomeness that is Montana.

Win Lewis, PA

Win Lewis, PA

Win Lewis is one our physician assistants at Partnership Health Center. Originally from New Jersey, he has called Missoula his home for the last five years. He attended Pacific University outside of Portland, Oregon for PA school and graduated in 2009. Prior to starting at PHC, Win spent two years in Salem, Oregon, working in cardiology. In addition to general family medicine, his clinical interests include HIV care and homeless health care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea, and dog, Ulli, in the mountains and rivers of Montana.

Amy Matheny, MD

Dr. Amy Matheny is a board-certified family medicine physician. She attended the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and completed her residency in Boise, Idaho. She also received a Master in Public Health with a concentration in Family and Community Health. She is one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. She practices broad-spectrum family medicine including obstetrics, HIV, and Hepatitis C care. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, skiing, hiking, biking, and camping with her husband, Mark, and dog, Jasper.

Dan McCarthy, DO

Dan McCarthy, DO

Dr. Dan McCarthy is a board-certified family medicine physician. He completed his residency with the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. He enjoys getting to know his patients and partnering with them to meet their health and wellness goals. He is particularly interested in osteopathic manipulation and musculoskeletal medicine. He is also one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. Outside of work he enjoys rock climbing, hunting, fishing, mountain biking, yoga, and exploring Montana.
Ann O'Connor, PA-C

Ann O’Connor, PA-C

Ann O’Connor is a family medicine physician assistant enjoying a recent move to Missoula from Madison, WI. She attended PA school and was an instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and she has been a family medicine PA for over 20 years. She has special interests in orthopedics, sports medicine, integrative medicine, and natural ways of healing and promoting health. She has a BS in Exercise Physiology, enjoys teaching and learning, and loves partnering with her patients in their care. She is an avid fly fisher, ice hockey player, and enjoys being outdoors in Montana’s beautiful wilderness. She is very happy to join the team of providers and staff at Partnership Health Center.
Elizabeth Paddock, MD

Elizabeth Paddock, MD

Dr. Elizabeth Paddock is a board-certified family medicine physician. She attended medical school at Albany Medical College and completed her residency in Madison, Wisconsin. Some of her special interests within medicine include geriatric medicine, preventive medicine, and reproductive health including obstetrics. She is one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana, and also works as a hospitalist at St. Patrick’s Hospital. Outside of medicine she enjoys running, triathlons (including Ironman in 2012), hiking, cross-country skiing, gardening, and reading.

Molly Quinn, PA

Molly Quinn is a Physician Assistant who completed her training at Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon. She has specialized in endocrinology, specifically diabetes care for the majority of her career. She is very excited to be a part of the team at Partnership and broaden her scope of practice back into primary care, while continuing to work with patients with diabetes as well. She completed her undergraduate training in health and human performance and exercise science and truly believes in the benefits of healthy eating and regular physical activity. She enjoys working with patients as they work towards improving their overall health including conquering their medical challenges and achieving their health goals. In her down time she enjoys spending time on the amazing trails in and around Missoula with her husband and daughter.

James Quirk, MD

Dr. James Quirk is the Chief Medical Officer at Partnership Health Center and a board-certified family medicine physician.  He holds a medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed his family practice residency at the Duluth Family Practice Center and the University of Minnesota.  Dr.Quirk has served as a physician preceptor for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana since 2014 and was recognized by the 2013/14 residency class as the Outstanding Clinic Preceptor of the Year. Outside of work, Dr. Quirk is an avid cyclist, completing both the Dirty Kanza and the Belgian Waffle Ride in 2019.  
Rob Stenger, MD

Rob Stenger, MD

Dr. Rob Stenger is a board-certified family medicine physician. He attended Johns Hopkins University school of Medicine. He completed a combined family and preventive medicine residency at OHSU in Portland, Oregon. His special interests within medicine include chronic disease management, care of children, young families, preventive medicine, public health, and health policy. He is also one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. Outside of medicine, he enjoys choral and instrumental music, biking, skiing, hiking, and spending time with his four young children. 
Ned Vasquez, MD

Andrea Vannatta, MD

Dr. Andrea Vannatta is a board-certified pediatrician from a rural farming community in Northeastern Montana. She attended medical school at the University of Washington and completed her pediatric residency at UCLA. Some of her interests within medicine include nutrition, physical activity, mental health, and the child-caregiver relationship. As a single parent of now a grown son, she understands how difficult parenting can be. She strives to guide parents through that journey - one of the hardest, yet rewarding tasks in life. She also loves connecting with her patients, from infants to adolescents, and hopes to help them grow into who they are meant to be. Her interests outside of medicine mainly involve being outside - running, biking, etc - though she also loves to play hockey, dance, and sing. Most of all, she cherishes laughing and connecting with her family and friends.
Sarah Watson, DO

Sarah Watson, DO

Dr. Sarah Watson is a board-certified family medicine physician. She attended medical school at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. She enjoys helping new families transition through pregnancy and into parenthood and has helped establish Partnership Health Center's group prenatal program. She is also one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. Outside of medicine she enjoys yoga, hiking, exploring the Bitterroot and Mission mountains, cooking, and learning how to cross country ski and snowboard.

Brittany Wiseman, PA

​Brittany Wiseman is a certified physician assistant who grew up in the warm state of Tennessee. She received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She obtained her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Elon University in Elon, North Carolina. After graduation, she ventured into family medicine and has gained an appreciation and passion for helping care for individuals across their lifespan. Brittany is a firm believer that listening to patients and involving them in their health care is key for patients reaching their optimal health. She enjoys being outside-whether that is running, biking, traveling, hiking, taking pictures, or trying to learn to fly fish. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her boyfriend and their bernedoodle puppy. She is excited to join our team and to discover all the outdoor adventures Missoula has to offer.   
Emma Wright, MD

Emma Wright, MD

Dr. Emma Wright is board certified in family medicine. She grew up in Vermont and attended Dartmouth Medical School in New Hampshire. She moved to Montana to attend residency at the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. After graduating, she decided to stay on at Partnership Health Center to continue building relationships with her patients and colleagues that began in residency. She has a special interest in pediatric care and women’s health. In addition to being a provider in the clinic, Dr. Wright also works as part-time faculty for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. When not working, she enjoys skiing, hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.

Stephen Humpal, DO

Dr. Stephen Humpal is  board-certified family medicine physician.  He attended medical school at Pacific Northwest University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Family Medicine Residency in Madison, Wisconsin.  Dr. Humpal enjoys practicing medicine, especially preventative medicine, because of the opportunity it presents for him to help improve others’ lives.  Outside of work, he enjoys traveling the country in his camper van, back country skiing, mountain biking, trail running and fishing.

Lynne Rogers, NP

Lynne Rogers is a nationally certified nurse practitioner. She received her masters of science in nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She worked for nine years in the Intensive Care Unit at UCLA and for three years as a family practice nurse practitioner in Moorpark, California, before coming to Partnership Health Center in 2014. She loves taking care of all age groups but especially enjoys women and child health. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.

We are conveniently located in downtown Missoula at 401 Railroad St. W. We are easily accessed from I-90 via the Orange Street Exit. PHC is also just blocks away from the Mountain Line Transfer Station, also located downtown.
This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
