COVID-19 Vaccines:
While it is encouraging that a Covid-19 vaccine is available, it may be several months before the general public will be able to obtain it through their health care providers at PHC. Vaccination information will be publicized, once finalized. Please do not call with COVID-19 vaccination requests.

PHC is working actively with the Missoula City-County Health Department along with both state and local health authorities to ensure we continue delivering safe, quality care while limiting further spread of the virus.  For information on COVID-19 including steps to prevent illness, what to do if you are sick, and many other frequently asked questions, we strongly recommend using the following trusted sources of accurate, up-to-date information:

Important Information on PHC Services:

*All patients and visitors will be asked several questions related to COVID-19 symptoms prior to entering facilities.  We ask that you please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your appointment.
*Face coverings are required for all people inside PHC facilities.


Facility Limitations:  In an effort to promote physical distancing, we will be limiting the number of visitors allowed in our facilities.  Please note that pediatric patients can be accompanied by 1 parent or guardian.  Individuals with disabilities requiring additional support can also be accompanied by 1 individual.  No other visitors are permitted in PHC facilities at this time.  Thank you for your understanding as we take every precaution to protect our staff, patients and community.  Please call our main line with any questions.​

Pharmacy Services:​. 
  • **The PHC Pharmacy Lobby is now open!  Curbside prescription delivery is no longer available.
  • Open 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Open 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Tuesday

Dental Services:

  • *Dental Services in Seeley Lake are open to routine appointments but are operating at a slightly reduced capacity to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.  Emergency appointments are available. Please call 406-677-2277.

Behavioral Health Services
  • If you currently participate in individual and/or group behavioral health, please note that all visits have moved to telehealth visits (phone/video) until further notice.
  • Please call 406-258-4497 with any questions or concerns. 
  • If you are interested in participating in PHC Behavioral Health Groups, please call our main line at 406-258-4789.

Other Service Changes:
. 
  • Patient-Family Advisory Council are now held over Zoom.  To learn more or get involved, please email Toffer Lehnherr at lehnherrc@phc.missoula.mt.us or call Eric Halverson at 406-258-4361.
    • When:  Last Friday of Every month from 12:00pm - 1:00pm
    • Where:  Zoom (please see contact information above)
    • Who: PHC patients and their caregivers (families, friend and staff of facilities that support PHC patients), along with PHC staff
  • Our Clothing Closet will be closed until further notice.
  • Missoula Aging services appointments at Partnership Health Center are now cancelled with opportunities for phone calls as needed.  Please call (406) 258-4519 with any questions or concerns.

​Satellite Locations

  • Our satellite clinic at the Poverello Center will have limited staff and will be coordinating closely with our Creamery clinic. 
  • Our satellite clinic in Superior, MT will postpone dental services until further notice.  If you currently participate in individual and/or group behavioral health, please note that all visits have moved to telehealth visits (phone/video).  We will be contacting patients to discuss rescheduling or remote visit options.
  • Our satellite clinic in Seeley, MT (Seeley Swan Medical Center):  If you have a cough, fever, or shortness of breath, please call 406-677-2277 before visiting our facility.  All patients will be asked several questions related to COVID-19 symptoms before entering this facility - we ask that you please arrive 10 minutes early for this reason.

Find Us

We are conveniently located in downtown Missoula at 401 Railroad St. W. We are easily accessed from I-90 via the Orange Street Exit. PHC is also just blocks away from the Mountain Line Transfer Station, also located downtown.
This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
