Special Announcements

COVID-19 Vaccines:
While it is encouraging that a Covid-19 vaccine is available, it may be several months before the general public will be able to obtain it through their health care providers at PHC. Vaccination information will be publicized, once finalized. Please do not call with COVID-19 vaccination requests.

Our goal is to vaccinate as many people as possible, as quickly as possible. PHC and our community partners are working hard to achieve that goal effectively and safely.  We appreciate your patience as we work through this complex and critically important project.  The health and safety of the communities we serve is, and will always be, our top priority.
